Owner, Lead Attorney
Mr. Hall has been trying injury cases for over 28 years. After attending law school on a full academic scholarship, Mr. Tim Hall spent the first few years of his legal career doing primarily insurance defense work - defending insurance companies against injury claims. This gave him the opportunity to "visit the enemy’s camp" and see exactly how insurance companies attempt to avoid paying claims. These years of working for the insurance companies gave him invaluable experience and insight that is now used to help his clients - people who are seriously injured or killed as a result of the negligence of others.
For the last decade, Mr. Hall has devoted his career exclusively to helping seriously injured victims. His clients now benefit greatly from the knowledge he learned from working “inside” the insurance industry. As an Athens lawyer, he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients. As a result of his track record in the courtroom and his outstanding jury verdicts, Mr. Hall is routinely invited to speak and teach other lawyers at legal seminars across the state.
