Timothy Hall

BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Hall grew up in rural, south Georgia in a mobile home neighborhood in Turner County – the “Watermelon Capital of the World.”  He spent his high school and college summers working in the hot watermelon fields.  This gave Mr. Hall the motivation to “hit the books” and obtain outstanding grades.  He was both the Valedictorian and the STAR Student of his high school class, earning scholarships to attend college.  In college, he played basketball and tennis.  After college graduation, he was awarded a very rare full academic scholarship to attend law school at Mercer University, graduating near the top of his class.  He also served on the prestigious Mercer Law Review (exclusive to the top 15% of the class) and the Mercer Moot Court Team.  After graduation, he was invited to coach Moot Court Teams for Mercer Law School.  During his last tournament as a coach, his two Moot Court teams took 1st and 2nd place – sweeping the field of other law schools from a variety of states.

He met his wife, Laura, in college.  They have been married since 1999.  They have three children, Ansley, Hannah and Jake.  He loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing, hunting, scuba diving, basketball & other sports.  Mr. Hall has coached many years of youth sports, coaching his kids in soccer, basketball and softball.  He enjoys teaching kids that “Failure is your friend.  It shows you how to get better.  The FEAR of failure is your enemy.  It can paralyze you, keep you from doing your best or possibly from even trying at all.”   Mr. Hall uses this same approach to everything in life, including practicing law and trying injury cases.

Mr. Hall’s mission is to provide world-class representation to his injured clients in a professional, caring manner.  He helps his clients obtain record results, allowing them to move on with their lives in a meaningful way.  He focuses on a small volume of high-quality cases, providing personal attention to every client.  He routinely visits his clients’ homes to learn more about their families, their story and how their injuries have impacted their lives.   Many of his clients become life-long friends of Mr. Hall, his partner Mr. Collins and the firm staff.

Spending the first few years of his career defending insurance companies on injury claims gave Mr. Hall “inside information” of the tricks & tactics used by insurance companies to deny legitimate injury claims.  Now, he uses this “inside info” to help his clients avoid the insurance company tricks, resulting in a maximum recovery for his injured clients.

Mr. Hall has a fierce competitive spirit and a heart for the underdog.  He fights tirelessly in court for the “underdog” – his injured clients.  He also believes in fighting for justice for the underdogs of his local community, the homeless and abused or neglected children.  His firm sponsors two local charities – The Sparrows Nest (supports the homeless with daily needs, education & employment) and Bright Paths (preventing child abuse & neglect).  His law firm is “The Official Law Firm of The Sparrows Nest.”
